#GRAPHIC CONVERTER MAC+BLUR PIXELLATE MANUAL#
I think some of GC's (English version) menus, manual passages and AppleScript commands are slightly difficult to understand for English speakers, which I think is fully attributable to the fact that English is not Thorsten Lemke's native tongue. It took me a second attempt to notice the "handles" where the crosshairs intersect. "Despeckle a command to erase small spots (limited number of pixels). (My compliments to Thorsten, as the Unskew command is MUCH better than it was the last time I used it.) The GC alternative to Photoshop's "Perspective" would be the Unskew command, under the "Effect" menu. May still not be exactly what you are looking for, though. The instructions could use some help but they work.On Mar 22, 2007, at 1:07 PM, Brian Drumm wrote: Possibly the closest think to "Despecke" in GC would be Filter>Blur>Noise Reduction. I have no idea what the "Input Noise Level,NSNumber" refers to but seems to cut down on the noise. The "Unskew" works great. Thanks Brian,The "Filter>Blur>Noise Reduction" is not bad, certainly better than "Polaroid Dust & Scratch Removal" which doesn't seem to work at all on the imac Intel.
